I am always trying to find the most unusual and creative jewelry for either myself, or my daughter.  I like to stand out and have something people can talk about.  Something that’s eye catching and stunning all at the same time.
Let me tell you a little about Whimsy.  When I first heard of them I was amazed at the quality and the uniqueness of their product.  Whimsy creates rings, but not just any ring, a very unique and something eye catching and just all in all fabulous!  I was able to review a ring for myself, my daughter Alysia & I share it of course, and this ring has gotten more comments then any other jewelry that I’ve worn.  I’m sure you’re wanting to see what I am talking about;

The WHIMSY™ collection by R. Craig Whitten offers an exciting new way to showcase striking collectible glass beads. WHIMSY™ rings accommodate a vast array of glass beads made by the major bead manufacturers including Trollbeads, Pandora™ and Chamilia™. Their interchangeability allows the wearer to express their individuality and easily change the ring to match an outfit, complementary jewelry or even a mood.

Because precious metals and gemstones are finite resources, the WHIMSY™ line is crafted entirely from reclaimed sterling silver, 14-karat gold and gemstones. Today’s consumers expect more from the products they purchase — merchandise that is created responsibly.

The Whimsy rings start out at $125 and go up to $299.  These rings are beautifully crafted and just all together eye catching.  When you look at them on someone else you might think that it doesn’t look very comfortable, but in fact it is.

The Audrey is created using reclaimed sterling silver and provides an exciting new way to showcase striking, collectible glass beads. The Audrey is shown here paired with a bead by Trollbeads, however, WHIMSY™ rings can accommodate glass beads made by all of the major bead manufacturers including Trollbeads, Pandora™ and Chamilia™. Beads are used for illustrative purposes only. Rings are sold without beads and a variety of beads can be purchased separately.

The rings you can easily change the glass bead out to go with your outfit, ect.  It’s really easy and you won’t sit and get frustrated because you can’t figure it out.

A double-threaded center post means no twisting. No struggling. Simply unscrew the end cap to release the bead. End caps incorporate incised details to allow a firm grip.

The double-threaded center post is ultra secure. Beads are almost impossible to lose because the thread runs not only through the 1st end cap, but the 2nd one as well!

The rings are so adjustable that they accommodate a wide range of bead widths from the major Murano glass bead manufacturers. WHIMSY™ rings are even compatible with many one-of-a-kind art beads by lampwork artists.

The beads run about $34.00 and there are alot to pick from.  They offer beautiful colors and styles.
